This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is designed to help you decide whether to use the services we offer. It explains who we are, the services we are authorised to provide, how we (and our associates) are paid, how we handle your personal information, how complaints are dealt with, and how to contact us. You should read it before using our services. You may also receive other documents from product issuers, such as offer documents or term sheets, which you should read in full before making any investment decision.

[Set out the services you actually provide — for example: "We provide general information about fixed income and bond opportunities, and refer interested enquirers to the product providers we work with so they can provide further information."]
We provide general information only. We do not provide personal financial product advice — that is, we do not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on anything we provide, you should consider its appropriateness for your circumstances and read the relevant offer documents in full.
[Explain the capacity in which services are provided — for example: "We act on our own behalf when providing general information. Where we refer your enquiry to a product provider or broker, we do not act as your agent, and any subsequent services are provided by that party directly." Name the parties to whom referrals are made.]
[Disclose all remuneration honestly and specifically. For example:]
You may request more detailed information about our remuneration within a reasonable time after receiving this FSG and before any financial service is provided.
[Disclose any associations or relationships that could reasonably be expected to influence the services provided — for example, ownership links with a product issuer or broker. If there are none, state that clearly.]
We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how you can access or correct your information and how to make a privacy complaint.
If you have a complaint about our services:
[Describe any professional indemnity or other insurance arrangements you hold, or state what applies to your business.]
